Our Mission

The Bloomington/Normal Plumbing, Heating, Cooling  Contractor’s Industry Advancement Fund was established as a joint effort between the Bloomington/Normal Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractor’s Association and the United Association of Journeymen & Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local No. 99.  The purpose of the Industry Fund is the education of the public concerning safe and economical plumbing, heating, refrigeration and air conditioning through institutional advertising, public relations programs, promotional activities and also on going education of their member contracting firms.
